Are your products mass produced?
No. All of our products are handmade and made-to-order. They are not mass-produced using machinery. They are made using hand tools like chisel, hammer, files, cutters, moulds, etc.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
We encourage queries from boutique stores, architects, interior designers and wholesalers for bulk orders. Please fill our wholesale query form to discuss discount options available based on your requirements.

What are the payment options? Is it safe to use my credit card online at Eclectic Mantra?
Payments can be made using either your Paypal account or all major credit cards i.e. American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We use Paypal, an industry leader in online payments (www.paypal.com), to ensure your online information is securely encrypted. Paypal uses state-of-the-art fraud prevention technology, 24/7 transaction monitoring and cutting-edge fraud models to keep all information safe and private. Note: Most of our orders are shipped from our international shipment centers, so sales tax is not due for most orders. If you will be required to pay sales tax on any item, you will be alerted during the checkout process before submitting the order.

How long does it take for products to be delivered? What is your shipping and delivery policy?
All beautiful handmade items from us, for your home, are shipped from our international shipment centers where they are carefully packed with love. Please refer to our Policies section for more details on our shipping and delivery policy.

How are you able to offer free shiping on your items worldwide?
Due to the high number of orders we process, we've been able to negotiate competivve rates with international shipping companies. As we highly value our customers, we prefer shipping charges to not be an impediment when our customers want to order our beautiful products.

I had placed an order and haven't received it yet. When will I receive my order?
You can view your order status anytime, by clicking on Order Tracking on the top menu bar. Once your order is shipped, you will be able to view your order tracking number here. You will also be notified via email once your order is shipped.

How are the product prices determined?
We pride ourselves in the quality of our products, the skilled workmanship and the raw materials used. Prices of the products depend on: Intricacy of work (e.g. fineness of carvings) Size of product Quantity, size and types of semi-precious and precious stones used Type and quality of materials used (e.g. wood, metal, zari, gold, marble, stones etc.)
